REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the coffee. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right — no paperwork, no runaround.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your call.

Subscription orders: You can cancel or skip anytime before your next billing date. We don't charge you for coffee you didn't want.

General returns: Because we're shipping a food product, we can't accept returns on opened bags. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, reach out. We'd rather fix it than lose you.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
