Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Subscription orders process on your scheduled billing date.

Shipping time: Standard shipping is 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Shipping carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and order size.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering.

Domestic only: We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
